2nd opinion saves our customer thousands in Irmo, SC

Davis Climate control was asked to do a second opinion of a quote for AC Replacement. After discussing the situation with the customer, Davis Climate control sent our technician out free of charge to evaluate the system in Irmo, SC. We walked through the system with customer and found a leak in the coil and it was low refrigerant. This system was 3 years old and the parts are under warranty. We went back to the customer and explained to her that the system was under warranty, labor and the refrigerant of the system were not covered but the main parts were. We gave the customer a detailed quote and they accepted. While doing the work the customer informed us our price was thousands less and when the job was completed they said they were going to let everyone know about Davis Climate Control.
